I think we are also seeing some signs of recovery from the Economic Recession. Of course, we have no idea of how long it will take to completely recover, but some say it’s going to be longer than for the other recessions in decades. I also scanned an article yesterday that said business owners need a new set of tactics to do well during recovery.

Our country had been so much affected by this Economic Recession. there are lots of job cuts and company shutdowns. We are seeing some signs of economic recovery right now and we hope that it would continue.

[...] Once the door sign changes from “closed” to “open,” customers more or less have an idea of what goes on in the store. Sales associates or the owner themselves meet their needs, show them around the store and ring up their purchases. But what happens behind the scenes before a customer walks through the door?
This seems to be a common theme in the evolution of pedicab regulation, the San Diego City Council has included similar language in a series of proposed amendments currently in Council. The proposed amendments were drafted more than a year and a half ago and include very specific instructions on the size, location and style of the rate card - right down to specifying minimum font size. Additionally the sign must be visible to passengers while seated in the pedicab. The company's trade name and phone number, as well as the city issued Pedicab Identification Number must be plainly visible on the pedicab, minimum letter size 2". There is no doubt that pedicab companies that rely on commercial advertising as their primary revenue stream will be seriously impacted by the proposed changes. In the San Diego market, the impetus for the changes are based in Consumer Protection (clearly posted rates) and Accountability (easy identification in the event of a consumer complaint).
